Sales Customer Advisor

As a Sales Customer Advisor working at our VW dealership in Sheffield, you will be responsible for building rapport with our customers and converting enquiries into sales. You will ensure that every customer experiences the best service from entry to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring courtesy and integrity in interactions.

  4. Set and aim to exceed departmental objectives.
  5. Follow internal procedures for vehicle handovers, ensuring they meet agreed standards.
  6. Adhere to all Brand standards consistently.
Qualifications
