Vacancy: Sales Executive – New Homes

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a friendly team based at our sites in Kettering and Potton on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced team to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role is 5 days a week and includes weekend work.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure show homes are presented to the highest quality
  • Assist in making the home buying process efficient
  • Build positive relationships with customers and external parties
  • Attend to the needs of visitors, customers, and potential purchasers
  • Manage on-site administration
  • Maintain the highest standards of health and safety
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven track record in home sales, preferably new homes
  • Proficient in sales techniques
  • Knowledge of legal terminology used in home buying
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of lenders and financial aspects of home purchase
  • IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving license
