Engage with customers in the showroom and online to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicle.
Deliver a high-quality, tailored customer experience from initial contact through to handover and aftersales support.
Achieve individual and team sales targets, working towards KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, promotions, and finance options.
Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Proven experience in automotive sales (minimum 1 year preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and professional approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Full UK driving licence.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission structure.
