Job description

Stratstone BMW, Maidstone

Basic salary of £20,000, OTE of £50,000 (UNCAPPED) plus bonus guaranteed for 1 month. 40-hour working week, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be a key part of our BMW team—representing one of the most iconic brands in the industry and backed by leaders invested in your success. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Create great experiences for our customers, from initial contact to helping them discover their perfect vehicle, and finally driving away their new car.
  • Build your knowledge of our products and services, fostering a genuine passion for the brand and a commitment to representing it with pride and excellence.
  • Drive all new and used car enquiry leads, building rapport with customers to convert appointments into sales and maximize all leads.
  • Offer complete packages to customers, upselling accessories, extended warranties, and finance options.
  • Provide fair financial advice and services, adhering to FCA regulations.
