Are you a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record within in telemarketing? Do you have the hunger to generate new business, exceed targets, and bring energy and ideas into a fast-growing company?

We are looking for a results-driven, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our team and take ownership of lead generation and conversions for the business. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to business growth while being part of a professional, ambitious, and supportive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B sales calls to generate qualified leads and close deals
  • Drive new business and help grow the company’s client base
  • Work with CRM tools to manage pipelines and follow up with precision
  • Bring fresh ideas, suggestions, and improvements to help refine our sales strategy
  • Hit (and exceed) daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Working with the Director of the business

Proven Experience In a Telemarketing Or Telesales Company

  • A strong track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Excellent phone manner - confident, professional, and articulate
  • Strong attention to detail in reporting and call follow-up
  • Well-dressed, well-spoken, and polished in your presentation
  • Comfortable working in a structured, office-based sales environment
