Job description

Our client is looking for a Sales Executive to work at a location in Portsmouth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts for new and existing customers from sales to delivery
  • Proactive in seeking new business opportunities in the market
  • Recommend appropriate products and services
  • Build and maintain new and existing accounts
  • Produce quotes and proposals for clients
  • Work closely with external Area Sales Managers
  • Ensure all daily orders are processed and dispatched
  • Achieve KPI’s focused on call statistics, sales figures, and product lines
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a sales account management background ideally within the lighting industry
  • Establish strong relationships with new clients by using your own initiative
  • Understand the customer\'s needs and deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Ability to work to multiple deadlines / timeframes
  • Experience of sales by telephone
  • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
