Our client is looking for a Sales Executive to work at a location in Portsmouth.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts for new and existing customers from sales to delivery
- Proactive in seeking new business opportunities in the market
- Recommend appropriate products and services
- Build and maintain new and existing accounts
- Produce quotes and proposals for clients
- Work closely with external Area Sales Managers
- Ensure all daily orders are processed and dispatched
- Achieve KPI’s focused on call statistics, sales figures, and product lines
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales account management background ideally within the lighting industry
- Establish strong relationships with new clients by using your own initiative
- Understand the customer\'s needs and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Ability to work to multiple deadlines / timeframes
- Experience of sales by telephone
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
