Job type: Permanent, full time.

We have a fantastic opportunity at our Breeze Volkswagen Passenger Car site in Poole for a Sales Executive to join our successful team.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm, Saturdays: 8.30am - 5.00pm, Sundays 1 in 3: 10.00am - 4.00pm
• 42 hour contract
• 5 days a week

Main Duties Include:

• Welcome and receive customers promptly and courteously.
• Ensure the details of all vehicle transactions are accurately processed.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of finance proposals and documentation.
• Be up to date with dealership’s makes, models, features and pricing structures.
• Managing and keeping our customer CRM/Diary up to date and responding to customers in good time.
• Experience in a customer facing environment.
• Ability to use own initiative and multi-task.
• Possess exceptional organisational skills.
• Team player.
• Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner.
• Full UK driving licence.
