Position: Sales Executive
Salary: £25,000–£26,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission
Location: Nottingham City Centre (Hybrid: 2 days remote working)

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and nurturing potential clients. This position offers significant career progression opportunities, comprehensive training, and a vibrant, supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate outbound B2B calls to multinational companies to identify and engage potential customers.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with Directors and Managers to generate high-quality leads.
  3. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  4. Manage your sales pipeline effectively, working towards monthly targets and KPIs.
  5. Meet clients face-to-face to strengthen relationships and understand their needs.
  6. Experience of using LinkedIn.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  3. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new industries and clients.
  4. Outstanding telephone manner and customer-focused approach.
  5. Experience with face-to-face sales interactions is desirable.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems.
