Job description

To take ownership for the delivery of a first-class customer experience to all parties involved in the purchase of a new home from Taylor Wimpey. To ensure sales meet or exceed target and profit is maximized for the business.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation, and the entire purchase process.
  2. Become the reference point for the purchaser, and all other internal and external interested parties from the first contact through to the completion of the house sale.
  3. Promote and facilitate the use of company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service and meet purchasing deadlines.
  4. Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and timelines.
  5. Conduct market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR, and other marketing activities proactively to generate the sales pipeline.
  6. Proactively identify target customers, create appointments, follow-up leads, and ensure sales targets and customer satisfaction levels are achieved.
  7. Perform inspections, introduce customers to their new home, ensure familiarization, and provide aftercare at defined intervals post-move-in.
  8. Ensure health and safety of customers, colleagues, and other parties on site, adhering to legal and company standards.
  9. Follow and adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and the Sales Manual.
