Evans Halshaw Renault, Durham

Basic salary of £22,000, OTE of £42,000 (UNCAPPED) plus bonus guaranteed for 6 months, 40-hour working week, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.

As a Sales Executive at Renault, you’ll be part of a fast-moving, customer-focused team dedicated to making car buying simple and accessible. We provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed. From day one, you’ll be empowered to develop your skills, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and advance your career.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating positive experiences for customers from initial contact to helping them find their perfect vehicle and driving away in their new car.
  • Building your knowledge of our products and services to develop a genuine passion for the brand and represent it with pride.
  • Driving sales by following up on all enquiry leads, building rapport with customers, and converting appointments into sales.
  • Offering comprehensive packages, including accessories, extended warranties, and finance options, to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Providing fair financial advice and services in compliance with FCA regulations.

We’re looking for someone who is:
