Our client is a provider of storage equipment mainly to the local warehousing market. Due to their continued growth they wish to appoint a:

Sales Executive

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and ambitious with a proven track record of sales success. The key region will be the Belfast Dublin economic corridor so some travel will be required. The client is based in the Greater Belfast area, with Newry indicated as the location as a rough mid point. Call for more information.

Responsibilities

• To deliver agreed budget sales targets
• To develop sales growth through existing customers and new customer / market sectors
• Prepare tenders and respond to sales enquiries
• Develop and maintain the customer database
• Report on all sales and marketing activities to the Directors

The person

• Minimum of 3 years business to business sales experience ideally with an industrial / technical product
• Third level qualification in a business-related subject (or sound educational achievement)
• Excellent communication skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• Integrity, honesty and resilience
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff
• Full clean driving licence
