Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a determined person with a positive attitude and a bubbly personality. This is a split role, with some time spent developing and growing our existing customer base, but more time generating new business opportunities by outbound calling.

Building rapport with the key decision makers is critical in developing your pipeline and hitting your targets.

The ideal candidate should:

  1. Have a minimum of 1 year Business to Business (B2B) experience in business development or account management, preferably with a background of both securing their own sales and generating appointments for field sales staff.
  2. Have knowledge and experience of working in the telecoms industry.
  3. Be able to listen and question effectively.
  4. Be self-motivated, focused and target driven.
  5. Be confident speaking with people over the phone.

What we’ll offer you:

  1. Salary £30,000 per year.
  2. OTE £40k+.
  3. Generous uncapped commission scheme.

  8. Hours based upon Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (No weekends or bank holidays).
