Business Development Executive - Security Distribution
Location: Remote (Based in the North, England)
Salary: Up to £33,000 DOE + Bonus

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have experience in security distribution or a similar industry? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are one of the fastest-growing security distributors in the UK, and we're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in the North of England. As part of our expansion, you will play a key role in driving growth, increasing market share, and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers.

Your Role:

  1. Grow and increase market share through proactive sales activity
  2. Re-engage with lapsed accounts and maximise existing relationships
  3. Generate and deliver accurate quotes to customers
  4. Onboard new customers and ensure a seamless experience
  5. Maintain and update CRM systems efficiently
  6. Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive overall business success

About You:
  1. Experience in security distribution or a similar industry
  2. Proven track record in sales or account management
  3. Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  4. Ability to work with CRM systems effectively
  5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about customer service
