This is a high-volume outbound calling B2B sales role, focused on upsell and cross-sell of additional products and services to Verastar’s existing customer base. A key requirement of the role is that all activity performed aligns with Verastar’s values and sales behaviours, maintaining a customer-centric focus at all times.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Make outbound calls to Verastar customers to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Perform all activities within regulatory standards, GDPR, and quality policies.
  • Complete reports, system updates, and CRM entries accurately and promptly.
  • Develop expert knowledge of Verastar’s products, systems, and business processes.
  • Build excellent working relationships across the Verastar team.

Experience / Skills

  • At least 2 years of success in a high-volume, desk-based B2B sales role.
  • Experience negotiating multiple product, price, and contract terms with customers.
  • Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting B2B sales organizations.
  • Proficient with sales CRM and lead management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
