The Sales Executive will play an integral role in supporting the sales process, collaborating closely with the wider team to ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments. ABOUT YOU
You have 1–2 years of media experience—either as an Account Executive at an agency looking to transition into sales, or you're already selling media (programmatic sales experience is a great plus!). This is an exciting opportunity to build on your career in media sales and grow within our talent pipeline, with a clear path toward a future Sales Manager role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting revenue growth within the sales team by being a key conduit between Sales and our Customer Success and Trading Teams
Sourcing content to promote our search-driven solutions to clients
Comprehensively answering client briefs and demonstrating how Captify can meet a client's objectives
Supporting Sales Leads at meetings and client events
Manage client onboarding and booking administration
Ensuring campaigns go live promptly and run smoothly to encourage brands to use Captify again
Working with internal teams to highlight campaign successes to be delivered to the client as post-campaign analysis, and to be showcased internally
Supporting the team to deliver best-in-class account management and client service
Championing Captify’s value to media partners

REQUIREMENTS:
What you need to be successful:
Comfort and enthusiasm for working in a sales environment with targets
A desire to work in the Adtech, Media or Advertising industry
Extremely proactive with excellent communication skills via phone, emails & face to face
Self-starter and highly ambitious to overachieve
Team player with a highly collaborative spirit
Passion for all things digital, advertising, and technology
A very keen sense to learn and develop skills, and an openness to a culture of feedback
