Human Resources Assistant at Autorola UK

Are you a dynamic and motivated sales professional? Do you thrive in an environment where you can make a real impact? Look no further... We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team due to business growth. Our Sales Executive role is based in our Macclesfield office, working Monday - Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. You will be the main point of contact between Autorola and car dealers, working within our supportive and enthusiastic sales team based at our Macclesfield office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business leads, bringing car industry/dealership contacts onto the Autorola platform.
  • Proactively sell vehicles held on the system to dealers.
  • Locate and negotiate prices for used car stock with providers.
  • Secure bids on vehicles, liaising with colleagues as necessary.
  • Manage purchases and sales for signed-up customers.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to invoicing for sold vehicles.
  • Provide customer support for any issues or grievances related to sold vehicles.
  • Meet monthly performance-based sales targets.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and lapsed accounts.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales/telesales experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Office-based role (essential).
