Qualifications

  • 12+ months experience in telesales or lead generation.
  • Full UK driving licence required.

Are you a confident, driven sales professional with a hunter mentality? If so, People Solutions are looking for a Sales Executive to join our client’s superb team based in Lutterworth.

In this role, you will be the engine behind new business growth – proactively calling prospects, reconnecting with lapsed clients, and generating high-quality leads for the field sales team.

Your work will directly impact the sales pipeline and overall business success.

This vacancy is a fixed term contract for 23 months with potential to become a permanent role.

Day to Day Duties

  • Cold calling, emailing and social prospecting to generate new leads
  • Booking appointments and feeding warm leads to the external sales team
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM
  • Researching prospects and updating contact details
  • Supporting marketing and wider business development activities
  • 12+ months experience in telesales or lead generation
  • A proactive go-getter mindset with strong communication skills
  • Confidence using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
  • Ability to learn technical products and articulate them clearly
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience with Sales Force CRM software
  • An understanding of social media platforms in a lead generation/ sales capacity

Training:

  • Full training provided and ongoing support throughout
