Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch and secure prospect exhibitors within our portfolio, offering tailored solutions and packages across a range of different products.
  • Driving sales performance by fielding incoming leads, researching and building relationships. Securing and building new, and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Providing excellent customer service by regular contact with existing clients through the event cycle to understand and support their key objectives.
  • Identify new prospects and areas of growth through industry media, social media, online resources, industry networking and company CRM.
  • Oversee the continual and accurate data capture of sales activity and progress reporting, including debt reports.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication with colleagues to maximise client experience and product delivery.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • The ability to deal effectively and confidently with a wide range of people.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Excellent selling, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Able to conduct a more conceptual, consultative sales approach and build a longer-term business.
  • Good time management, problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of commonly used business software.
  • Client account management experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales.
