Job DescriptionAs a Sales Executive at Daisy Communications, you will be responsible for selling either telecommunications, energy or merchant services to small and medium-sized businesses. The exact product focus will depend on your skillset and your strengths. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who can confidently handle inbound and outbound sales calls, assess client needs, and close deals effectively. You will be joining a dynamic sales team with the opportunity to progress your career within a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Salary: £23,809.50 per annum + commission (OTE £35,000 - £40,000)
Location: London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday between 9:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours)
Key responsibilities:
• Previous sales experience is desirable, ideally in Telecommunications, energy or merchant services.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and understand client needs. • Negotiation/objection handling skills.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative.
• Hardworking with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical products in a simple, effective manner.
• Competency in using CRM systems and MS Office is highly desirable.
• Self-confident with the ability to overcome objections.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.
• Goal oriented.
