We first opened our doors at St Paul’s, London in November 2022, and have further added arcades in Birmingham, as well as in the US in Boston & Washington D.C. Whether you’re a racing fan or not, this is a social gaming experience like no other.

We’re looking for aSales Executiveto join our team at ourUK HQ at King’s Cross!

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound enquiries from start to finish.
  • Ensure guests receive the ultimate Formula One experience by offering the most appropriate products and setup available based on their requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and increase guest satisfaction, ensuring a smooth and premium customer journey.
  • Maximise revenue by converting enquiries, recognizing business prospects and upselling at every opportunity.
  • Build an excellent relationship with the Operations team who you will be working closely with daily.
  • To have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operation of the business and the products on offer.
  • Liaise with clients to coordinate corporate or social events, building rapport and creating professional relationships.
  • Occasionally conduct proactive sales, targeting UK businesses with a view to promote and pro-actively sell venue event services.

If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:

  • Previous sales experience within a hospitality setting.
  • Client and stakeholder engagement at various levels.
  • Using booking systems (Collins ideally but not essential).
