Verisure in West Yorkshire (Pudsey area) is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive growth through door-to-door opportunity creation and conversion of warm leads into sales. The role offers a guaranteed salary with an uncapped commission scheme and a clear career path.

Role Overview

Field Sales Executive - Pudsey

The Field Sales Executive role comes with a combination of a guaranteed salary and an uncapped commission scheme. Typically, Sales Executives earn between 30k - 40k OTE in their first year, and our top performers can earn more than 60k OTE (on-target expectations).

Key Responsibilities

• Creating your own sales opportunities (door-to-door): cold canvassing in businesses and in residential areas
• Converting warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach (normally 8-10 per month)
• Building a portfolio of long-term relationships with your customers and generating referrals from existing clientele
• Canvassing potential customers at their properties, introducing them to Verisure, and showcasing our award-winning products
• Conducting security surveys to design a system tailored to their security needs
• Seamlessly converting engagements into sales, managing product installations, and establishing a pipeline of future sales
• Receiving warm leads from our call centre and converting these leads into successful sales

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or retail is desirable but not essential
• Full training will be provided
• Professional and customer service focused attitude
• A passion for sales and good communication skills
• Full manual driving licence and access to a vehicle for the first few months
