Job summary

Verisure is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Droitwich to drive opportunity creation, convert warm leads, and build long-term customer relationships. You will conduct on-site security surveys, tailor security systems, and manage end-to-end installations while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role includes a guaranteed salary plus uncapped commission, a company car with fuel card, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or retail is desirable but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.
• A professional and customer service-focused attitude.
• A passion for sales and good communication skills.
• Full manual driving licence and access to a vehicle for the first few months.

Responsibilities

• Creating your own sales opportunities (door-to-door): cold canvassing in businesses and in residential areas.
• Converting warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach (normally 8-10 per month).
• Building a portfolio of long-term relationships with your customers and generating referrals from existing clientele.
• As a Field Sales Executive, your role involves canvassing potential customers at their properties, introducing them to Verisure, and showcasing our award-winning products.
• Conducting security surveys to design a system tailored to their security needs.
• Seamlessly converting engagements into sales, taking charge of product installations, and establishing a pipeline of future sales by ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Receiving warm leads sourced from our call centre and converting these leads into successful sales.

The Field Sales Executive role comes with a combination of a guaranteed salary and an uncapped commission scheme. Typically, Sales Executives earn between 30k - 40k OTE in their first year, and our top performers can earn more than 60k OTE (on-target expectations).
