Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate, honest, and service-driven individuals to join our team.

No prior knowledge about cars is necessary; we will provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities:

  • Buy cars and ensure the smooth operation of your branch. Act as the main contact for customers.
  • Contact customers, manage your schedule to meet targets, and set appointments.
  • Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with back-office staff and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A current full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Good administration and IT skills.
