Overview

Inside Sales Executive

Salary: Competitive + performance-related bonus
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00
Location: Onsite

Our client is seeking a proactive, target-driven, and personable Inside Sales Executive to join a busy sales and marketing team within an established, reputable manufacturing company.

This role focuses on regular customer engagement, using upselling and cross-selling skills to drive sales, build lasting relationships and ensure customers feel valued and supported. You will also assist Business Development Managers and the wider team with day-to-day customer service enquiries and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact customers to increase sales by suggesting relevant products and communicating new offers.
  • Cross-sell and upsell based on customer needs and purchasing patterns.
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and messaging platforms professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide basic product information and resolve queries or escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales opportunities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
  • Support ad hoc administrative duties as required.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications

Essential:

  • At least 1 years experience in an inside sales/telesales role, with a strong track record of handling both inbound and outbound calls to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Confident communicator with a friendly, persuasive telephone manner.
  • Comfortable working towards targets or KPIs.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive approach to work.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (training provided).
  • Language skills (e.g., Spanish) are a strong advantage.
  • Experience working in product-based businesses or B2B sales.
