Sales Trailblazers are key to the continued growth and success; quite simply, the more business you win, the more money you earn. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to business owners, introducing the services, and creating opportunities for the business development team to sign up new clients.

  • Competitive basic salary between £23,000 – £27,000 depending on experience. First-year earnings are estimated at £40,000; top performers earn over £70,000. Uncapped commission earned from the first sale.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Promote employment law and health & safety outsourcing solutions to SMEs.
  • Schedule sales opportunities with business owners/directors.
  • Work with your Business Development Manager to generate a quarterly seminar plan.
  • Self-generate leads, appointments, and referrals through daily activity.
  • Maintain and manage your sales pipeline accurately.
