Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car! (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)

Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00, Saturday 09:00-17:00, and Sunday 10:00-14:00 (one day off during the week and weekends on rota basis)

Lookers Leeds Ford is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly, on-site team. Specialising in either new or used car sales, you will collaborate with our passionate sales team to deliver first-class customer service.

As a vital member of our sales team, you should be a team player with excellent communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Our Sales Executives are the main points of contact and must pay close attention to detail to understand customer needs and wants.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
  • Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
  • Arranging and accompanying test drives
  • Negotiating final sale prices
  • Completing relevant paperwork for each sale
  • Liaising with various dealership departments to provide excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You will be expected to meet targets, so ambition and diligence are essential.

Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving license is required, as you may need to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
