Retail Sales Assistant

Part Time, Permanent

Salary: £15,238 – £17,522 annual On-Target Earnings (equivalent to £12.21–£14.04 per hour) plus 34p per mile

Working: 24hrs/week over 3 days (Tue - Thu)

Location: Maidenhead, Slough, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield and Surrounds

If you have Retail or Grocery experience, are looking for a consistent schedule, and one that gets you out of the same four walls every day, consider becoming our Mondelez field-based Retail Sales Assistant. This role is day shift on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with some flexibility on start/end times.

What's the job?

• Travel to various major grocery stores in your area such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, etc., and represent the iconic Mondelez brand - Cadbury, Maynard Bassetts, Belvita, and Oreo
• Build relationships with the store staff and managers to increase the visibility (e.g., extra displays, signs) and availability (e.g., ensuring products are on the shelves, correcting stock errors) of brands everyone loves

Responsibilities

• Brand Representation: Take pride in showcasing Mondelez brands like Cadbury, Maynard Bassetts, Belvita, and Oreo in major supermarkets
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with store managers, fostering trust and unlocking sales opportunities
• Strategic Planning: Use creativity to devise strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales
• Execution: Implement plans with precision to ensure products attract attention and sell quickly
• Driving Requirements: Hold a valid license and have access to your own vehicle for regional travel
