Job summary

Charity Link is seeking a Field Sales Executive/Charity Fundraiser in Hastings to engage the public at venues, sign up regular donors and drive fundraising outcomes. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering face-to-face campaigns for nationally recognised charities in high-traffic settings.

You will use strong communication skills to build rapport, explain donation programmes and achieve targets, with full training and ongoing development provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or charity fundraising is preferred.
• Ability to engage with diverse audiences in busy venues.
• Comfort with direct dialogue and monthly donor sign-ups.

The Role – Field Sales Executive / Charity Fundraiser

As a Field Sales Executive and Charity Fundraiser, you'll work at high-footfall private venues, shopping centres, supermarkets and events, engaging directly with members of the public on behalf of nationally recognised charities.

Using your communication and sales skills, you'll inspire supporters to sign up for regular monthly donations or sponsorship programmes that provide vital long-term funding for life-changing charitable work.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding and highly interactive role where you'll meet new people every day, build genuine connections and make a measurable difference through every successful sign-up.
