You will drive sales through strong engagement and strategic prospecting while enjoying a hybrid working model and professional development opportunities. Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue new customer accounts through strategic prospecting.
Account Management - Customer Retention & Growth: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by understanding their needs, upselling and cross-selling solutions.
Margin & Share Of Wallet Growth: Drive increased profitability by optimising margins and increasing the share of wallet from each customer.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Customer Engagement: Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations to build rapport and drive sales.
Reporting & Feedback: Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback and market insights.
