Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Market Development

  • Assist in executing sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Support identification and follow–up of new business opportunities.
  • Help gather market insights and customer feedback.

Account Management & Customer Engagement

  • Visit customers on site as required (expect 50% travel)
  • Support account management and customer engagement activities.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as needed
  • Maintain good customer service and responsiveness.

Collaboration & Sales Support

  • Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Update CRM records and assist with sales reporting.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Experience and interest in B2B sales within manufacturing or related sectors.
  • Experience or willingness to work in a collaborative sales team environment.
  • Basic commercial awareness and eagerness to develop negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
