Aulds is a long‑standing, family‑run bakery and food manufacturing business supplying our own retail shops, wholesale customers, independent retailers and partners across the west of Scotland. As the business continues to develop, we are looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive to focus on growth, new customer acquisition and building stronger relationships with new wholesale and partner customers. This is not a traditional sales support or audit role. The focus of this position is new business growth. You will be expected to identify opportunities, build relationships, follow up properly and help convert new customers into long‑term profitable business. You will work closely with the Managing Director, sales team, development team and wider operational teams to identify new customer opportunities, support product concepts, build relationships and help drive profitable growth across wholesale, independent retail, larger partner accounts and new sales channels.
This is a growth‑focused role. Success will be measured by the quality and value of new business brought into the company, not simply by maintaining existing accounts.
