We’re currently recruiting Sales Executives for our flagship showroom in Hillington, Glasgow with multiple full-time and part-time roles available. About the Role

You’ll be helping homeowners, interior designers, architects, and trade professionals find the perfect flooring solution – whether wood, laminate, vinyl or tiles. It’s a dynamic, hands-on role in a busy showroom, backed by full training and a supportive team that goes above and beyond to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service – Guide customers through our extensive product range, understanding their needs and providing expert advice.
• Drive Sales – Build relationships, hit sales targets, and optimise every order.
• Become a Product Expert – Learn everything there is to know about flooring and trends in interiors.
• Collaborate & Connect – Work as part of a supportive and friendly team.
• Utilise Your Skills – From interior knowledge to IT confidence and communication.
• Generate Leads – Through networking, social media activity, and proactive outreach.
• Manage the Sales Process – From quotes and follow-ups to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Sales Track Record – Experience exceeding targets in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Commercial Acumen – Confidence with financials and business thinking.
• Passion for Interiors – A natural interest in design and home improvement.
• Excellent Communication – Clear, engaging, and professional.
• Organised & Driven – Self-motivated and well-organised with a strong work ethic.
• Team Player – Friendly, collaborative, and ready to contribute.
• Full UK Driving Licence – Preferred.
• Social Media Savvy – Desirable but not essential.
