Are you an energetic and results-driven sales professional with a talent for lead generation? Our client in Farnham is keen to appoint a proactive and self-motivated Sales Executive. If you are looking to advance your career as part of a successful team, this could be the perfect role for you.


What's on Offer?


  1. Salary: £25kp/a + uncapped commission
  2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm
  3. Location: Farnham

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Generate and qualify a set number of high-quality leads per week
  2. Research and identify new business prospects across various industries
  3. Strive to achieve established KPIs
  4. Build relationships with key decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  5. Maintain an accurate and updated CRM with all sales activity and interactions
  6. Work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure smooth lead handovers
  7. Track and report on lead generation success, contributing to overall team goals

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:


  1. A proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales
  2. Previous experience in sales, telesales, or lead generation
  3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  4. Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  5. Ability to work towards KPIs and sales targets
