We are now looking for a Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 45 hours per week.

Your Duties

As our Sales Executive, you will drive new business and grow our client base across the luxury residential and hospitality sectors.

Identifying potential new clients, you will generate and develop leads through networking, outreach, and referrals, consistently booking and delivering twelve collaboration meetings each week to build your pipeline and win new instructions.

In parallel, you will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, promoting our services through meetings, CPD presentations, and regular follow-ups to secure repeat business and valuable referrals.

Additionally, you will:

- Specify and quote for high-end blinds and curtains, advising on fabric, design, and function
- Manage shading solution sales from consultation to operations handover
- Present compelling proposals and negotiate lighting and shading packages
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client communication
- Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving client queries professionally

What You’ll Bring

To be considered as a Sales Executive, you will need:

- Proven experience of working with specification or technical sales
- Experience working with a pipeline of over £1.4 million
- Experience using CRM systems
- Proven success generating business through cold outreach
- Confidence and skill in making phone sales
- Strong rapport-building and relationship development skills
- A full, valid driving licence
