Vertu BMW Motorrad Exeter

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team at Vertu BMW Motorrad Exeter, selling new and used motorcycles!

We offer a basic salary of £22,000 plus an additional bonus opportunity, enabling you to earn an OTE of £45,000, along with a range of company benefits. We are committed to providing our colleagues with flexibility to balance their work and home lives, and to creating a great place to work.

Your role will involve assisting customers through the motorcycle purchasing process, from viewing and test rides to finance options and delivery. You will inform customers about finance, insurance, and accessory products, building rapport to identify their needs.

Having an interest in motorcycles is essential for consideration. We are seeking passionate individuals to join our sales team who enjoy sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm for the motorcycle world.

Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

We provide comprehensive in-house training and industry-leading technology to give our team a competitive edge, which the successful candidate will be trained to use.

A full motorcycle license is preferred but not essential, as we are open to considering all prospective candidates with the understanding that a full license will be obtained within an agreed timeframe.
