Job description

To take ownership for the delivery of a first-class customer experience to all parties involved in the purchase of a new home from Taylor Wimpey. To ensure sales meet or exceed target and profit is maximized for the business.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation, and the entire purchase process.
  2. Become the reference point for the purchaser, and all other internal and external interested parties from the first contact through to the completion of the house sale.
  3. Promote and facilitate the use of company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure efficient service and timely purchasing deadlines.
  4. Meet all administrative and reporting requirements according to company policies and deadlines.
  5. Conduct market research, price benchmarking, and coordinate advertising, incentives, PR, and marketing events to generate the sales pipeline.
  6. Proactively identify target customers, create appointments, follow-up on leads, and ensure sales targets and customer satisfaction levels are achieved.
  7. Perform inspections, introduce customers to their new home, ensure familiarization, and follow up with aftercare at specified intervals post-move-in.
  8. Maintain health and safety standards for customers, colleagues, and visitors on site, in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
  9. Adhere to company procedures, standards of performance, and the Sales Manual.

The role requires regular weekend and bank holiday working.
