A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Sales Executive to generate leads and sell audio-visual solutions across various sectors. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, preferably in technology. This role offers a salary of £30K – £35K plus bonuses, alongside benefits including a company car and meal coverage during client visits.

Sales Executive – Audio Visual
Location: Kettering
Salary: £30K – £35K + bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

About The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating new leads, attending client visits, and nurturing these accounts – selling AV solutions across the corporate, retail and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business from cold approaching prospective clients
  • Arrange and attend client meetings across the UK.
  • Nurturing accounts once established to maximise revenue and maintain relationships.
  • Conduct site surveys and review clients existing AV systems – proposing upgrades where necessary
  • Propose tailored AV solutions including: Meeting room systems, digital signage, PAVA systems and sports simulators.
  • Liaise closely with a technical team for support

Essential Skills & Interests:

  • Experience in B2B sales (ideally selling technology solutions to corporate clients)
  • Background in AV or IT sales would be preferred.
  • Confident in cold calling and generating new business
  • Strong communication and solution-selling skills
  • Field sales experience would be beneficial though not essential.
  • A full clean driving licence
