Job description

Do you have previous sales experience but want to work for a company that offers a structured career path, training, and an uncapped/realistic bonus scheme?

Are you interested in working in a market that isn't overly saturated?

My client is an independent company that continues to grow rapidly in the UK. They are well-established in Ireland and now aim to expand within the UK market.

YOU WILL ONLY BE OFFICE-BASED 2 DAYS EACH WEEK, BUT YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN AN HOUR OF NEWPORT DUE TO TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS.

The company specializes in providing technology solutions to the agricultural community. They are looking for someone with technology/software experience or previous experience in the agricultural sector.

They are also willing to train candidates with some sales experience who are ambitious, money-motivated, and eager to learn.

The majority of your calls will be outbound, but all warm calls as you'll contact people who have downloaded the company's app and shown interest in the product.

  • Your leads will be quality leads provided by the marketing team.

  • The role involves handling renewals, supporting customers during onboarding, and assisting with queries.
  • You will travel to shows across the country with colleagues—expenses and accommodation paid. Peak times are May, June, and July, with up to 8 shows attended.
  • Occasionally, you'll support colleagues with incoming calls and queries during busy times.
