Stratstone BMW Derby

Basic salary of £20,000 plus a guaranteed bonus of £30,000 for the first month, with a 40-hour working week, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be a key part of our BMW team—representing one of the most iconic brands in the industry. We provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Creating positive experiences for customers from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  2. Building product knowledge and passion for the brand.
  3. Driving sales leads, building rapport, and converting inquiries into sales.
  4. Offering complete packages, including accessories, warranties, and finance options.
  5. Providing fair financial advice in compliance with FCA regulations.
