We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our fantastic team!

Our Sales Executive can expect typical first-year earnings of at least £45K per year!

£23,795 basic plus commission with a realistic OTE of £60K-£70K.

Happy to relocate? No problem, staff accommodation may be available.

There’s no experience needed for this role if you have a positive attitude, drive, and the determination to achieve and learn — you will succeed!

A Day in the Life of a Sales Executive

• Carrying out marketing activities defined by the Sales Manager to maximize opportunities in both new and part exchange business, including:
• Posting social media adverts
• Building relationships with current owners to seek out part exchange opportunities
• Calling prospective customers interested in holiday home ownership
• Engaging with holiday guests for opportunities
• Building partnerships with local businesses
• Other business-seeking activities
• Meeting or exceeding daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets set by the Sales Manager
• Exploring financing options with customers and handling financial matters confidentially
