Job description

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting existing business Radius customers and acquiring new business, with a focus on cross-selling our Telematics offers. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position is based onsite in Crewe. You will report to a Sales Team Manager and collaborate with a team of telematics sales executives.

*Please note – This role is based onsite in Crewe and we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position*

Daily Responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to Group Customers via phone, email, and other channels to introduce Radius Telematics and initiate cross-sell conversations.
  • Explaining features and benefits of our products, and arranging online demonstrations as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of prospecting activities using CRM software.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
  • Meeting or exceeding prospecting targets monthly.

Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Proven experience in prospecting or outbound sales, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with high accountability.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to learn and improve sales techniques.
