Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited is seeking a driven Sales Executive for the Crewe MINI site. You will engage customers face-to-face, via phone, and email, aiming to close sales and promote finance and insurance products. A full UK driving license is essential as you may drive prestige vehicles on site.

You’ll join a top automotive retailer with a strong team culture, focused on delivering outstanding customer service and achieving targets while developing your career within a supportive environment.

Sales Executive - Crewe MINI

Mon-Fri 08:30-18:00, Sat 09:00-17:00, Sun 11:00-15:00 on a rota basis

Up to £50,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic plus commission, uncapped)

Well this could be the role for you...Here at BMW MINI we are recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. You will work alongside our passionate front of house team to provide first class customer service.

You will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will be joining one of the top automotive retailers in the UK allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry. Our Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers wants and needs.

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
• Achieve sales targets, achieving minimum profit objectives, as well as finance and insurance products
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
• Completing mandatory paperwork and processes as required
• Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all new and used car enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
• Live and breathe the brand, emulating a passion for driving to your customers and bringing a sense of excitement to their new car purchase

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry. Having lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results.

Previous experience in a sales position and within the motor trade is essential and you will need to hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
