Charles Hurst Newtownards UseDirect/Premium Direct is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly, on-site team. You will work with our passionate sales team to deliver first-class customer service.

As a Sales Executive, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills, building rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to the Sales Manager, who will support your growth and development within the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career!

Our Sales Executives are the primary contacts for customers, paying close attention to detail to understand their needs and preferences.

We have revamped our Sales Induction Programme to improve onboarding. The new 3-day induction takes place at our modern Head Office at Land Rover Charles Hurst. Participation is expected in your first week and may involve travel and overnight stays, all covered by our expenses policy.

• Communicating with customers via email, phone, and in person
• Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Arranging and accompanying test drives
• Negotiating sale prices
• Completing all necessary paperwork

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. Ambition and a hardworking attitude are essential, as targets will be set and expected to be met.

Previous experience in a similar role or within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. We welcome fresh talent to join our team. A full UK driving license is required, as you may be asked to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
