Overview
We are looking for sales executive to join our sales team in London.
Responsibilities
- Weekly reporting to the Head of Sales on E-shop sales performance
- Report to the Head of Finance on monthly shipping status
- Gather and report sell through data from all wholesale accounts
- Analysis of information and update of analytical files as requested by Head of Sales on a consistent and usual basis
- Suggest new and improved methods for data presentation
- Travel to Paris 4 times a year with additional travel to be requested if needed
- Support and assist sales appointments in Paris to the clients in a professional and motivated manner
- Prepare all inventory for Paris showroom
- Manage showroom interns for the set up and disassembly of showroom
- Chase, review, enter and finalise all orders into Zedonk post showroom
- Mid and end of season collection analysis based on an excel template
- Answer to customer enquiries and requests
- Process and monitor customer production orders
- Assist customers with faulty claims, returns, re orders etc
