Sales Executive

£35,000-£40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£50k–£70k OTE)

The Role

We’re looking for ambitious and confident Sales Executives to handle warm inbound enquiries and guide customers through selecting the right health, life or income protection insurance. This is a fully phone-based, consultative sales role with no cold calling.

What You’ll Do
  • Speak with customers who have requested quotes online
  • Complete fact-finds and understand needs, budgets and medical history
  • Use a market-leading quoting system to compare policies
  • Recommend suitable insurance products
  • Work towards achievable KPIs (quality, referrals, cancellations)
Salary & Commission
  • £35,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission – realistic £50k–£70k OTE
  • Top earners £100k+
  • Quarterly percentage increases based on performance (15% → 25% → 30%)
Hours

Six-week rotating shift pattern

  • Early shifts (typically starting 8 : 00–9 : 30)
  • Mid shifts (typically starting 9 : 30–11 : 30)
  • Late shifts (typically finishing 6pm–8pm)

Two half-days included in every rotation

One Saturday every six weeks (09 : 00–13 : 00)

No Sundays

Bank holidays worked on a rota with time off in lieu
