We are seeking a positive, self-motivated, compassionate, and committed individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. The role involves leading the sale of our beautiful new homes.
Our homes are designed with our customers in mind, offering a modern, fresh, and flexible approach. We aim to delight our customers by matching their homes to their lifestyles, and we are looking for the right person to help customers find their forever home.
The successful candidate will have experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably selling new build homes. They should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. The ability to work sensitively and patiently with customers to develop trusting relationships throughout the customer journey, ensuring a 5-star experience, is essential.
Achieving excellent results through customer satisfaction and the overall 'Customer Experience', in compliance with the ‘New Homes Code’ and Lovell’s Sales Policies and Procedures, is crucial. Delivering outstanding customer satisfaction will be rewarded.
Having your own transport and a full driving license is essential.
