Manage client and group bookings, ensuring all needs are met, and act as liaison between sales and operations departments.

  • Handle customer requests professionally
  • Manage Meeting & Events from enquiry to delivery
  • Participate in sales blitz activities
  • Maintain market segment databases and execute mailings
  • Conduct market research and telesales campaigns
  • Prepare monthly reports and analyze business levels
  • Conduct site inspections
  • Assist with corporate hospitality events
