£25,000 basic salary + uncapped high commission


Location: Chorley (office-based with potential for hybrid flexibility)

Axon Moore is partnering exclusively with a highly successful and growing business in the electronics industry to recruit an ambitious Sales Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven, career-minded, and looking to build a long-term career in sales, with uncapped earning potential and clear progression opportunities.

The role:

As Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities, and closing sales of electronic components and solutions.

You will be joining a supportive and high-performing team, with excellent training provided to help you develop your career and earnings quickly.

Key responsibilities:

Proactively develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones

Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and achieve/exceed sales targets

Build strong long-term relationships to drive repeat business

Negotiate pricing and terms of sale

Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends (training provided)

Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities

Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service

The ideal candidate:

Some previous experience in sales, telesales, account management, or another target-driven environment

Alternatively, open to junior / entry-level candidates with strong motivation and the right attitude (full training provided)

Confident communicator — strong phone and email communication skills

Target-driven and motivated by uncapped commission potential

Full UK driving licence required (occasional client visits, training, events)

Interest in technology / electronics is helpful but not essential

Positive, proactive, and professional attitude

Strong organisational skills and a team player

Salary & benefits:

£25,000 basic salary

Uncapped high commission — realistic OTE £30k+ in year one, with higher potential in future years
