What you'll do day to day

  • Guide customers through a seamless journey from welcome to vehicle handover
  • Prospect new customers via telephone, attend product launches and events, and maintain a comprehensive enquiry database
  • Maintain product knowledge through manufacturer-led training
  • Recommend suitable add-on products based on customer needs
  • Use customer enquiry management systems effectively for tracking and follow-up
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and referrals
