Job description

Are you a Business Development Executive looking to join a dynamic team? Would you like to be a crucial part of supporting customers and representatives by understanding their needs, identifying solutions, and providing technical support primarily through digital platforms like MS Teams? The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships, build business opportunities, and collaborate effectively with the sales team. This role does involve some travel overseas, so a valid passport and driving license are essential.

Day-to-day duties of the role:
  • Identifying, qualifying, and converting new potential OEMs.
  • Managing requirements and expectations of existing OEMs.
  • Developing strong relationships, building business opportunities, and working with other members of the sales team.
  • The role includes international travel supporting distributors/conferences (approximately once a quarter).
  • Desktop research identifying new potential OEMs, harvesting contacts, and making presentations via MS Teams.
  • Networking - identifying and qualifying additional OEM through conference activity.
  • Converting opportunities and providing business growth via Teams calls and direct customer visits.
  • Creating and supporting webinars, virtual conferences, in-person conferences, preparing presentations, and content for social media channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a sales role with technical knowledge involving significant customer interaction.
  • Confidence in delivering presentations to explain products and services.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are desirable.
  • Full driver’s license and a valid passport as overseas travel is required.
